REFRIGERATED AIR DRYERS
Premium quality and high efficiency threaded pipe with high heat transfer coefficient is selected for the heat exchanger and condenser, so they are small in size and compact in structure. Selection of stainless steel or galva nized carbon steel for the cylinder material can avoid secondary contamination to the compressed air. Gas-liquid separation adopts a gas-liquid separator which organically combines cyclone separation with stainless steel wire mesh mist elimination, which has the important functions of thorough gas-liquid separation effect, avoiding secondary evaporation of water and ensuring the drying effect of the refrigerated compressed air dryer. It is much superior to the cyclone separator and lower than the use cost of the filter gas-liquid separator, with a high perfor mance to price ratio.

It ends the era when traditional adsorption dryers, such as heatless regeneration adsorption dryers and micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryers, require air consumption for cold blowing and purging. The filter element is tested by the special leak-proof online testing technology of PSI in the UK to ensure the filtration precision.The folding filter element greatly increases the filtering area and reduces the pressure drop by up to 50% and increases the carrying capacity of particles, while the stainless steel internal and external support net enhances the stability of the filter element.
